There is a difference — and this piece knows it. A necklace decorates. A talisman protects, declares, carries intention. This one hangs long, sits low, moves with the body like something that has always been there — like something found rather than made.

The quartz cluster grows directly out of the hand-sculpted setting — not placed on top of it, not framed by it, but erupting from it, as though the silver material solidified around the crystal while it was still becoming itself. The setting is painted and detailed in fine silver, worked with a texture that catches light in the particular way that only hand-applied surface treatment can produce. Dark, metallic, alive.

It hangs on a thick twisted lurex cord — silver, substantial, rope-like — the kind of cord that belongs on something ceremonial. Something worn with intention. The combination of the raw crystal, the sculpted silver setting and the braided lurex cord creates a piece that exists entirely outside of any jewelry category I know. It is wearable sculpture. It is an object of power.

At 105 grams, worn long at 75 cm, it sits at the solar plexus — which is exactly where a talisman should sit.
