  • All shipments are sent insured, at the customer’s expense.
  • Uninsured shipping is not available. No exceptions.
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by Swiss Post and may be affected by customs delays.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

 

Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)

  • Shipped via Swiss Post – A‑Post, Registered Mail (signature required)
  • Flat rate: CHF 10.50
  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Tracking provided when available

 

Eurozone Shipping

  • Shipped via Swiss Post – A‑Post, Registered Mail (signature required)
  • Flat rate: CHF 15.00
  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Tracking provided when available

 

International Shipping (Outside the Eurozone)

Customs & Duties

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
  • The artist is not responsible for customs delays.
  • If a recipient refuses delivery due to customs fees, the package will be considered abandoned and is not eligible for a refund.

 

Risk of Loss

  • All shipments are insured according to carrier terms.
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery are not the artist’s responsibility.
  • Please use a trusted delivery address where someone can sign for the package.

 

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
