- All shipments are sent insured, at the customer’s expense.
- Uninsured shipping is not available. No exceptions.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by Swiss Post and may be affected by customs delays.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)
- Shipped via Swiss Post – A‑Post, Registered Mail (signature required)
- Flat rate: CHF 10.50
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

Eurozone Shipping
- Shipped via Swiss Post – A‑Post, Registered Mail (signature required)

- Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

- If a recipient refuses delivery due to customs fees, the package will be considered abandoned and is not eligible for a refund.

- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery are not the artist’s responsibility.
- Please use a trusted delivery address where someone can sign for the package.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
