  • Natural wear, patina, and material evolution are expected and not defects.
  • Damage caused by mishandling, dropping, crushing, scratching, water, chemicals, or sports activities is not the responsibility of the artist.
  • The artist is not liable for harm caused by improper handling or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Repairs may be possible for a fee, depending on the nature of the damage.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • TWINT (if applicable)
  • PayPal (if applicable)
  • Bank transfer (if offered)
  • Cash for in‑person purchases

Online payments are processed securely through Shopify and its integrated payment providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.

Payment must be completed before the order is shipped or handed over.

8. Shipping (Domestic & International)

8.1 General Shipping Conditions

  • All shipments are sent insured by default, at the customer’s expense.
  • We do not ship uninsured packages. No exceptions.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by Swiss Post and may be affected by customs delays.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Flat rate: CHF 10.50

8.5 Customs & Duties (EU, US & Rest of the World)

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
  • The artist is not responsible for customs delays.
  • If a recipient refuses delivery due to customs fees, the package will be considered abandoned and is not eligible for a refund.

8.6 Risk of Loss

  • All shipments are insured according to carrier terms.
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery are not the artist’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a delivery address where someone can sign for the package.

8.7 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

9. Returns & Exchanges

9.1 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • The piece must be in perfect, unworn, undamaged condition.
  • All original packaging, including the Certificate of Authenticity and Provenance Statement, must be included.
  • The item must show no signs of wear, residue, scratches, or alteration.
  • The return must be shipped securely and appropriately protected.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

9.2 Non‑Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items exposed to water, chemicals, perfume, lotions, or improper handling
  • Items showing signs of wear, bending, scratching, or residue
  • Items missing original packaging or certificates
  • Custom or special‑request pieces
  • Items returned without prior approval

10. Chargebacks

You agree to make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns directly with the artist before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting hello@lisamariearmstrong.com may be considered a breach of these Terms.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Natural variations and material evolution are not defects.
  • Returns are governed by Section 9.
  • Shipping fees, customs charges, and return shipping costs are non‑refundable.
  • Damage caused by misuse, water, chemicals, or improper handling is not grounds for a chargeback.
  • Chargebacks due to buyer’s remorse or failure to read these Terms are invalid.

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • We may provide the financial institution with all relevant documentation.
  • Any certificates or packaging included with the purchase are forfeited.
  • We may restrict or block future purchases.
  • We may pursue reimbursement for losses, fees, or damages resulting from an unfounded or fraudulent chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued under Swiss civil and criminal law and international e‑commerce fraud regulations.
