Lisa‑Marie Armstrong – Wearable Art Jewelry

 

Overview

Each piece created by Lisa‑Marie Armstrong is a handcrafted wearable artwork. Because of the unique and artistic nature of these pieces, returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • The piece must be in perfect, unworn, undamaged condition.
  • All original packaging, including the Certificate of Authenticity and Provenance Statement, must be included.
  • The item must show no signs of wear, residue, scratches, or alteration.
  • The return must be shipped securely and appropriately protected.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Non‑Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items exposed to water, chemicals, perfume, lotions, or improper handling
  • Items showing signs of wear, bending, scratching, or residue
  • Items missing original packaging or certificates
  • Custom or special‑request pieces
  • Items returned without prior approval

 

Return Process

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned piece has been:

  1. Received
  2. Inspected
  3. Verified to meet all return criteria

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

If the item does not meet return criteria, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only if:

  • The returned piece meets all return criteria
  • A suitable alternative is available

Because each piece is unique, availability cannot be guaranteed.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

We will assist you promptly.

 

Repairs

Repairs may be possible for a fee.

Please email help@lisamariearmstrong.com with photos and your Certificate of Authenticity.
